Agreement to Terms
By adding pixl to your Discord server or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Description of Service
pixl is a Discord bot that provides moderation, ticket management, logging, and other server management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use pixl to:
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the bot
- Use the bot for any illegal activities
- Abuse the bot's features to circumvent Discord's rate limits or restrictions
- Automate actions in ways that violate Discord's automation policies
Server Administrator Responsibilities
If you add pixl to a server, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the bot is used in compliance with these Terms
- Configuring features appropriately for your community
- Moderating content logged or generated through the bot
- Informing your server members about data collection when using logging features
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Discord API outages or changes
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Updates and improvements to the service
Intellectual Property
pixl, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Actions taken by moderators using the bot
- Content logged or stored through the bot
- Decisions made based on information provided by the bot
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to pixl at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your use of pixl at any time by removing the bot from your server.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through our Discord support server or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
